* This was the third time Holier Than Thou was played on this leg of the Madly In Anger With the World tour 2004. Prior to that it has not been performed since December 6, 1991, in Chicago.
* The last Spokane show was May 16,1997 at the same arena. This is the 5th time Metallica has played in Spokane.
